$249.95 an hour

a 2 person team.

Modern Architecture
  • Estimates beyond a service call is $100 for bids up to $5,000.
  • Estimates between $5,000 to $25,000 cost $250 per bid.

  • Any contract for work signed within 14 days of an estimate, we will deduct the cost of the estimate from the job price* 

  • After-hour rates increase by $100 per hour.​​
  • All other pricing and rates will be discussed and approved by the customer in writing prior to commencing work.
